Homelike is an online booking platform for furnished apartments for short to long stays. All bills and utilities are <b>included in the monthly price</b>. <b>Viewings are not available</b> as our booking process is 100% online. When inquiring about a property, please quote the property reference number above.

For private customers, a deposit of 2 net monthly rents is required, which is transferred to the landlord with the first month's rent. Business bookings are excluded from this.

A cozy apartment in a sophisticated atmosphere. The apartment has a smart TV,
vinyl floors in the living/sleeping area and in the hallway. Bathroom tiled in a white ambience, separate white beautiful kitchen.

The apartment is equipped with a king-size bed with a full-length natural rubber mattress.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Free cleaning and laundry service is offered as additional services.

A second person can of course also live in the apartment. For this we would only charge an amount of 100 euros per month plus VAT.

The rental price includes 7% VAT, which is shown on the invoices.

An internet flat rate in the apartment can optionally be booked for EUR 29.75 per month. This price includes 19% VAT, which will be shown on the invoices.

*Access to the apartments is possible via electric locks.

Schwanthalerhöhe, Munich's Westend, is located on the western edge of the city center on the Isar low terrace, bordered by the Hauptbahnhof–Pasing and Hauptbahnhof–Ostbahnhof railway lines. The eastern part of the district (Theresienhöhe), close to the city center and slightly sloping, forms a transition to the Bahnhofsviertel, and to the south of it, above the Theresienwiese, lies the former exhibition center.
