The name of the apartment is not disclosed till the time you confirm. You will be given an accurate location, property type, amenities and all inclusion that if offer with all all verified details, that will help you to arrive at a decision to confirm.
In some apartments, you can collect the key from the reception or the key box, and in some, you will be meeting the host and the keys will be handed out to you.
StayRelive representative will not be present at the time of check-in but you will be given the name and number of your host or local representative that will meet you and hand you over your apartment keys.
Yes, most of the time the host will give you the orientation tour of the Apartment.
Yes, the apartments are checked and cleaned before the clients checks in.
The Apartment rules will be emailed to you well in advance before the check-in.
Yes, the deposit has to be paid in some Apartment at the time of check-in and this information will be shared with you before confirming the bookings. The amount deposited will be refunded back to you after you check out of the apartment.
The tourism Fee has to be paid daily.
There is a specific time allotted to check-in for different Apartments. If you don’t check in at the allotted time you will have to pay the additional charges.
No, the name of the guest cannot be changed before informing StayRelive. If the voucher has been issued and there are modifications required in the booking details then additional charges will be incurred for any changes.
Yes, since the voucher has already been issued a certain amount will be charged.
You will be provided with the host’s contact number so you can contact the host for any issue or assistance required during the stay.
The reservation can be made as soon as possible depending on the availability.
The check-in and check-out time vary for different properties depending upon the Apartment’s timing and policy and is shown on the Apartment booking web page.
Available means the room is available and can be booked instantly. On- Request means rooms can be checked and requested, but confirmation is subjected to availability and StayRelive will circle back with the property partner to help you with the booking status within 24-48 hours.
The reservation should be made under the name of the person who will be checking in and staying at the Apartment. Different names should be given from different rooms booked.

You can pay using a VISA or Master or AMEX credit card, Bank Transfers in 7 currencies i.e.; USD, GBP, EURO, CAD, SAR, AED & INR, Virtual Credit Cards, Forex Cards or multi-currency cards.
The rate of exchange will be taken on the day you do the payment for your booking.
