This modern studio located few minutes from Plaza Cataluña and Passeig de Gracia. Located few steps from Triangle Shopping centre. It is ideal for rent for one person or a couple. It is all open space this means that the main room serves as the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
The apartment is fully furnished, has AC and heating and a washing machine. It has a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen television, and a table and chairs. There is also a double bed with 2 nightstands, and a fully equipped kitchen which also has an oven, an electric stove and a microwave.

In these Apartment we have 2 options for check in: CHECK IN ONLINE, so self check in or presential check in. You can take the keys from a check in box if you whish.
There is a possibility of parking close to the Apartment, just 5-10 min walking from the Apartment.
Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills. This amount is calculated base on the number of rooms of the apartment: 1 room-90 euros/month. At the end of your stay, we will check utility bills and in case of excesive consumption we will deduct it from the diposit.
