The space is divided in 2 bedrooms & 1,5 bathrooms.

The building has intercom and elevator.
The flat is ideal for 4 guests, but it can host up to 5.

Both bedrooms have double bed & there's a complete bathroom and a toilet.

The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher & glass ceramic) & cookware.
The flat also has a Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron & washing machine .

The living room has a sofa-bed & SmartTV.

There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment.
WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.

Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month.

This apartment is designed for corporate stays, not for students.
Therefore, the company behind its management, could ask for the work contract/three last payslips. If guests declines to show them, they can cancel the reservation within 24h from its confirmation.

Lastly, the owner of this property is a particular, therefore, even if he could issue a document supporting the payout of the rent & the reservation details, he cannot invoice.

Located just south of the centre on the banks of Madrid’s Manzanares River, Arganzuela is the best of both worlds: an easy walk into central Madrid and far enough away to have a local atmosphere and none of the crowds.
It is also home to some great attractions including Madrid Rio park, a huge renovation of the river banks that was completed in 2011. It includes play parks, kiosks and terraces, football pitches and lots of space to walk, cycle or rollerblade.

Another key sight is the Matadero, Madrid’s former slaughterhouse that is now a thriving cultural space with regular exhibitions, markets and its own cinema.
On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks.

Nevertheless, even though Delicias neighborhood is located few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
