The kitchen is renovated and fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, fridge, and utensils.

Apartment has lots of storage armoires & wardrobes. There are 3 air conditioner units , 2 splits and one mobile console to cover all areas.

Please abide by the rules, these are made to allow building residents to coexist with tourists

No parties allowed at any time, make noise or disorderly conduct that will disturb the neighbors (residential building with strict rules)
No Smoking inside or throw cigarette litter out the window
Do not bring pets to the property
